Specified Purpose Contract, Full-Time (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Location: Fairview, Dublin 3
Salary Range: €48,625 to €58,837 per annum. Salary will be based on experience and aligned to the appropriate point on the salary scale.
A 2% sector-wide increase will apply from the 1st of April 2026.

We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Practice Support Lead to join our team in the Fairview region in Dublin 3. This is a dynamic, practice-based role focused on embedding high-quality, person-centred approaches across our services.

About the Role

As Person-Centred Practice Lead, you will work alongside Social Care Managers and frontline teams in a peer leadership capacity to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. This is a hands-on, practice-based role where you will provide real-time coaching, facilitate reflective practice, and support teams to embed Person Centred Planning (PCP) in their day-to-day work.

You will play a key role in helping individuals and teams to develop meaningful, aspirational goals, ensuring that each person supported has access to fulfilling relationships, community inclusion, and opportunities for personal growth. The role also involves supporting teams to create personalised, homely environments and strengthening connections with families and communities. Through collaboration, training, and ongoing support, you will drive continuous improvement and help build a positive, inclusive culture across the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion and embed person-centred practices across all service areas
• Support and coach staff teams through reflective practice and on-the-ground guidance
• Deliver and promote Person Centred Planning (PCP) training and methodologies
• Work with teams and individuals to develop meaningful, aspirational goals
• Promote inclusive, homely environments that reflect each person’s identity and preferences
• Foster strong relationships with families, communities, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor progress, support quality improvement, and encourage shared accountability

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant qualification in social care (Minimum Level 7 or above).
• Experience working with adults with autism. (Minimum 2-3 years of experience)
• Strong communication, coaching, and IT skills.
• A passion for teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Adaptability, initiative, and a positive, solution-focused mindset.
