The Role:

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance division, reporting to the Finance Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and financial policies. A key part of the role is ensuring that invoices are paid in a timely manner, within terms and with no disruption to service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner using Workday
  • Verify and reconcile invoice discrepancies and receipts
  • Maintain and update supplier records and respond to supplier enquiries
  • Managing team email inbox and respond to queries promptly
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Schedule and prepare payments in line with agreed terms
  • Process expense claims in accordance with company policies
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities related to accounts payable
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with audit requests and provide relevant documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment queries or discrepancies

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar accounting administration role
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel (e.g. basic formulas, data entry, lookups)
  • Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Experience using Workday for accounting would be desirable
