We’re looking for a Marketing & Admin Partner to join us in this brand-new role. It’s a true blank canvas, perfect for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, get creative, and be part of a small, passionate entrepreneurial team with a big purpose.
The role:
You’ll support everything from day-to-day operations and communications to shaping our marketing campaigns and content. If you’re someone who loves variety and wants to make a genuine impact, then this may be the role for you.
As our Marketing & Admin Partner, you’ll be right at the heart of the business leading and co-ordinating a number of varied and diverse tasks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead generation through various marketing projects
- Writing content and designing social media posts for all our social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Manage the Talentheads website including updates, amends and content
- Creating, managing and tracking direct mail campaigns and newsletters
- Writing and securing Talentheads Accreditations which represent our focus, mission and disruptor status
- Ensuring our HR policies and procedures are up to date and represent our values and purpose
- Supporting with the writing of award submissions
- Creating business proposals and pitch decks for new and existing clients
- Creating and delivering internal and external communications
- Booking and coordinating various events and social occasions
- Supporting the wider team with various administrative requirements
- Updating and distributing monthly and board reports

We are looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Marketeer
- Excellent with their communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proactive and accountable
- Confident in their delivery of marketing, quality and administrative projects
- Successful in balancing multiple projects with care and attention to detail
- Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft suites, marketing & social platforms
- A team player who brings ideas, energy, commerciality and kindness
- A full UK driver with their own car
