Executive Talent Partner | Operational Leadership | Home-based role with travel required
£50,000–£55,000 per annum + bonus
Reporting to: Recruitment Director

The right leader can change the future of a care home. You’ll be the person who brings them to us.

At Care Concern Group, the leaders we appoint have a direct influence on the quality of care we deliver, the teams we build and the success of our homes.

As we continue to grow, we have created an Executive Talent Partner role dedicated to finding and attracting exceptional Home Managers, Regional and Operational Support Managers & Regional Directors.

You will help shape our leadership team for the future. That means knowing the market, recognising outstanding people and building relationships long before an application arrives.

For many senior candidates, you will be their first meaningful introduction to Care Concern Group. Your knowledge, credibility and approach will influence how they see our business and whether they choose to become part of it.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of recruitment across your operational leadership portfolio, working closely with senior decision makers to understand what each appointment needs to achieve.

Your search will reach beyond the people actively looking for their next role. Through market mapping, targeted headhunting and thoughtful conversations, you will connect with successful leaders who may need a compelling reason to consider a move.

You will get beneath the surface of a CV. What has someone improved? What did they personally contribute? Have those improvements lasted? What sits behind their career decisions, and what environment will help them succeed?

Your judgement will help us make better appointments. Your ability to listen, build trust and communicate our opportunity will help the right people choose us.

What You Will Own

  • Build a clear picture of leadership talent across your portfolio, identifying strong performers and developing relationships ahead of future vacancies.
  • Explore achievements, leadership approach and career history in depth, giving decision makers clear recommendations and identifying areas that need further discussion.
  • Understand what matters to each candidate and make a credible, tailored case for joining Care Concern Group.
  • Keep senior leaders informed, agree priorities and offer constructive advice on candidate suitability, salary expectations and the realities of the market.
  • Work closely with our recruitment partners, providing meaningful briefs, sharing feedback and encouraging introductions to exceptional people, including when we have no immediate vacancy.
  • Use LinkedIn, job boards and social media thoughtfully, sharing opportunities and stories that give talented leaders a reason to engage with us.
  • Maintain momentum from first conversation through assessment, offer and acceptance, ensuring candidates receive clear communication and thoughtful feedback.

You will also bring market intelligence back into the business, helping us understand competitor activity, emerging talent and the factors influencing senior candidates’ decisions.

The Freedom to Do Your Best Work

You will report directly to our Recruitment Director, with trust from day one to organise your week, develop your approach and bring fresh ideas.

You will have the autonomy to decide how best to reach the right people, alongside an experienced Director who will share knowledge, support your development and help you work through challenging appointments.

Success will be judged through the quality of the leaders you bring into the business, the relationships you build and the strength of your future talent pipeline. You will have room to invest time in conversations that matter.

This role sits within a recruitment structure designed to give senior talent acquisition dedicated focus, alongside regional recruitment colleagues and specialist expertise in recruitment transformation, systems and attraction.

We work as one team, sharing knowledge, contacts and ideas, supporting each other through challenges and celebrating each other’s successes. A strong candidate introduction or piece of market insight should benefit the whole team, whoever finds it.

Being a team player is essential. You will take ownership of your portfolio while being generous with your expertise and invested in your colleagues’ success. You will have the freedom to make your mark and the opportunity to help shape how we develop together.

What You Will Bring

You will already have experience recruiting senior operational leaders within the care sector, gained within a care provider, a recruitment agency or an executive search business.

You will understand the difference a strong Home Manager or Regional Director can make, and you will know how to assess the experience and achievements behind a job title.

We are looking for someone who brings -

  • A proven record of appointing Home Managers and senior operational leaders within care.
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills, including engaging people who are not actively applying.
  • The confidence to hold detailed, credible conversations with experienced care leaders.
  • Sound judgement, curiosity and the willingness to explore both achievements and concerns.
  • The ability to influence candidates and advise senior stakeholders with honesty and confidence.
  • A collaborative approach to working with agency partners.
  • Creativity in how you search, build networks and represent an employer.
  • The ownership to manage your portfolio and keep people informed.

You will take pride in representing our business and care about the experience people have with us, whether or not they ultimately join.

Why Care Concern Group?

We are a growing, family-owned care group with ambitions that create real scope for you to make an impact.

Every strong appointment will help a home build confidence, strengthen its team and deliver better care. The relationships you develop today will help us prepare for the opportunities ahead.

You will join at a point where your ideas can influence how we recruit, your judgement will carry weight and your contribution will be visible.

Our values are Trust, Respect, Passion, Kindness and Inclusivity. They guide how we work with our colleagues, our candidates and each other.

Bring us your knowledge of the care market, your curiosity about people and your ambition to make exceptional appointments. We’ll give you the trust and support to make your mark.

Apply with your CV. We would love to hear about the senior appointments you are proudest of and how you made them happen.
