Job Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Marketing & Innovation Director, the role of Senior Marketing Manager will require you to lead the planning and execution of the Marketing plan to promote all Zentia products across domestic and international markets. You will operate within a manufacturing environment, with the role providing a combination of strategic planning working alongside the Marketing & Innovation Director with hands-on delivery and team leadership. This position manages a small marketing team and works closely with sales, product, and operational teams to ensure marketing activity supports commercial and production objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
The following are the main accountabilities for the job. Other duties, commensurate with the grading of the job, may also be assigned from time to time.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and support marketing team members
- To execute the marketing plan promoting the Zentia brand and products to market. This will include market research, customer segmentation, positioning, marketing communications / promotion, partnership development and customer support.
- Be a key point of contact for distributor customers in helping them to help us. Support the roll-out of Zentia promotional campaigns downstream and maximise brand impact through the in-branch channel.
- Be a key support for Pinnacle Partners (loyalty program)
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, paid media, events, and partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to work confidently with digital platforms and AI-enabled tools
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for products or services
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels and touchpoints
- Analyse campaign performance and market trends to optimise ROI and inform future initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally – from technical, product, innovation, IT, production and legal and others - to produce accurate and compliant promotional materials.
- Manage performance of appointed agency partners, ensuring delivery on time, in full, on budget.
- Brief agencies on the creation of new concepts overseeing creative and implementation. Obtain necessary consent and provide approval on all communications materials.
- Propose budgets required for communications elements, track spend against budget in these areas.
- Evaluate ROI and ensure best value in tactical execution.
- Update the website as required with new content.
- Support the input of purchase requisites/orders into SAP and track marketing spend.
- Work closely with the sustainability committee to drive awareness of initiatives in market
- Adhere to all aspects of the company EHS policies and conduct all activities in a way that is commensurate with our company values.
- Participation in other Marketing projects as required.

Person Specification
Essential:
- Proven experience in a senior or management level marketing role.
- Demonstratable experience managing and developing small teams.
- Confident working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of CRM systems and modern marketing tools, AI and digital platforms.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing with sales outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events.
- Strong campaign management and project delivery skills
- Experience managing budgets and agencies
Desirable:
- Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or building materials industry.
- Experience supporting international or export markets
- Marketing degree or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIM).
