Cedar Lodge Care Home is located in Taunton, Somerset, and provides specialist dementia, palliative, and respite care for up to 39 residents, alongside The Limes, a dedicated mental health community supporting a further 15 individuals. The home offers a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment, with a strong focus on personalised care, dignity, and resident wellbeing.

Care Home Administrator

  • £12.50–£13.50 per hour depending on qualifications
  • Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
  • Pension scheme, Paid DBS, Uniform provided
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

Role Overview
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the care home. You will act as a point of contact for residents, families, visitors and colleagues, ensuring administrative processes are efficient, accurate and professional.

Working closely with the Home Manager, you will maintain organised systems across areas including enquiries, resident agreements, team member records, recruitment, compliance, payroll, and training coordination. You will oversee databases, support E-Learning administration, and help create a welcoming environment for everyone who enters the home.

Your work will ensure the home runs efficiently, contributing to a professional and supportive atmosphere for both residents and staff.

  •  Confidence using databases and administrative systems
