Location: Morpeth
Salary: £32,000-40,000 (depending on skills and experience)
Hours: Permanent - Part-time (2 or 3 days per week)

The role:

This isn’t about off-the-shelf training sessions or generic slide decks. We’re looking for someone who can design and deliver learning experiences that spark curiosity, build confidence, and create lasting change.

You’ll work with leaders and teams across a range of industries to:

• Create tailored learning journeys based on real needs and real people
• Coach, develop, and empower individuals at all levels
• Help embed a true culture of learning and reflection inside growing businesses
• Use feedback, reflection and evidence to continuously improve our impact
• Champion a bold, fresh approach to people development

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have proven experience in L&D, talent development, or training in-house preferably
• Are creative and confident in designing engaging learning content and sessions
• Have a curious, reflective mindset and a love for all things growth-related
• Possess the ability to work with senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships
• Enjoy being out networking, spotting opportunities, and spreading the Talentheads message
• Want to work in an entrepreneurial, smaller business with large growth ambitions
• Share our values of Brave, Community, Legacy
