Location: Multi Site – Ellingham Hall (Northumberland) & Highlander (Ponteland)

Salary: £28,000-£33,000 per annum (Pro rata for part-time hours)

Hours: Full-time - 40 hours per week or part-time considered – This role will include weekend work

Job Purpose:

• The role of Sales and Marketing Executive is to help drive forward wedding sales for Ellingham Hall and manage our social media platforms for the whole group, to drive viewings and continued growth of the overall business.
• Key responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Executive:
• Prepare monthly social deployment plans (Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram) ensuring a cohesive brand voice and visual identity & schedule
• Prepare deployment plans for LinkedIn & schedule for our Group brand – Unveiled Venues
• To conduct the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to viewing, and ultimately booking
• Lead and monitor the sales, and engage in activities to promote and sell weddings at Ellingham Hall - including venue showcase / tradeshows
• Work towards and exceed set monthly team targets, contributing ideas to the sales process and monitoring competitor
• Produce compelling story-led content i.e. reels, videos and images that highlight our offerings and connect with our audiences to increase engagement, bookings and Viewing Appointments
• Monitor all social mailboxes and collaborate with GMs/Group Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure clients are responded to quickly and effectively
• Report weekly/monthly on all social media performance and recommend changes
• Design & Schedule Seasonal Social Campaigns & Open Day Campaigns to drive client engagement, bookings and Viewing Appointments
• Be a proactive and passionate team player; working closely with the wedding team at Ellingham and wider team members across sister venues
• Request wedding galleries & films from photographers/videographers to showcase on our websites and social channels
• Liaise with couples for real wedding blogs, feedback Friday posts and directory reviews
• Assisting with organisation of photoshoots and film creation
• Designing and updating all S&M promotional material when required on Canva
• Ensure directory site listings are kept up to date
• Keep a pulse on industry trends, best practices or emerging technologies to enhance content marketing and social media efforts
