Our services include day and vocational opportunities, outreach support, and various supported living options.

We take a strengths-based approach, tailoring personalised plans to meet each individual’s unique needs. Our team is committed to fostering independence, social inclusion, and overall well-being, ensuring that each person achieves outcomes that are meaningful to them.

Our Relief positions offer the following benefits and opportunities:

• You can choose what shifts you would like to work to suit your personal/home life.
• You will receive full training in areas such as autism, our low arousal approach, fire safety, manual handling, medication administration, safeguarding, and more.
• You will gain a broad range of experience as you will get to work across at least 3 locations in an organisation that is forward-thinking and passionate about delivering quality supports.
• Our Day shifts are either 8 Hours or 12 Hours depending on the location.

Essential Criteria for Application:

• A genuine interest in supporting people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
• Commitment to rights-based and person-centred practice

Desirable Criteria for Application:

• Previous experience in disability or autism support (voluntary or paid)
• Familiarity with HIQA standards and New Directions
• Full Clean Manual Driving License
