Groups Reservations

We are looking for a Groups Executive who will delight our guests with sincere, attentive service.

The Groups Executive will be responsible for handling group reservations enquiries and managing group reservations made by phone or e-mail efficiently and accurately, maximising sales and handling all requests.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Reservation/Groups Agent or Receptionist in a hotel would be essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Knowledge of reservations systems (Opera/Marsha/OnQ) would be desirable.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Delphi would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Your communication skills will be exceptional in order to flawlessly connect with guests from all over the world - fluent level of spoken English is essential.
  • You will be obsessed about brand standards and genuinely care about guest experience before, during and after their stay.
  • You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment.
