The Back of House Supervisor will pro-actively manage and co-ordinate all activities of the back of house department including the day to day operations.

Ensuring cleanliness of all back of house areas including kitchens, pot wash supervision, acceptance of all deliveries, the co-ordination of all logistics taking place into and out of the building. They will manage the store area control and stock level management, supporting the departments with procurement of stock and equipment, and maintaining a safe and secure environment in the back of house areas.

This role will oversee the entire goods in, store areas, kitchen cleaning and delivery process for all outlets within Sofitel London Heathrow.

We are looking for:

• Proven track record in a similar position within a Hotel
• Food Hygiene/Health & Safety Certificate
• High service quality standards driven and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Goods receiving
• Store all goods in appropriate areas, adhering to strict stock rotation
• Placing orders in relevant order system
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills, having good time management and able to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• A strong team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent team player with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
