Meetings & Events Floor Manager - Logistics

£28,000 per annum plus Service Charge*

We are looking for a passionate Meetings & Events Floor Manager- Logistics who will work closely with the Assistant M&E Operations Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Directing and motivating a team of supervisors and team members while personally ensuring all Meeting & Events Spaces are set as per agreed standard.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ensure the Logistic teams are briefed and educated about H&S and meeting room set up’s.

- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Ensure appropriate staffing levels based on guest volume. Interact with outside contacts:Guests, Vendors, and other contacts as needed.

- Ensure all Meeting & Events equipment is maintained to a high standard and is in full working order.

- Ensure all Meeting & Events equipment is stored correctly and regular stock takes are completed.

- All meeting space to be set in the agree time as per information from the client and BEO.

Who we are looking for:

- Experience in similar position within a Meeting and Events Operation.

- Experience in supervising high volume Food & Beverage/Meetings & Events.

- Someone who is passionate about exceeding guest expectations.

- Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure.
