Floor Manager

£33,500 per annum + variable service charge

The Role

As the Floor Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Town House Restaurant, ensuring an outstanding experience for visiting members and guests.

Hours: 40 hour week covering Breakfast Lunch and Dinner

Salary: £33,500 + up to £2,000 Variable Service Charge per annum

The Restaurant

  • Dressed in soft shades of green and immaculately designed by Nicola Harding and Sir Frank Lowe, the Fuji Grill showcases an impressive collection of 19th-century woodblock prints depicting the world celebrated Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji. Featuring an elegant menu of flawless sushi, sashimi and nigiri, alongside signature Beaverbrook dishes such as ‘Charcoal’ Wagyu with Juniper Miso, or a fine selection of modern Japanese gourmet specialities with our seasonal tasting menu.

The Person

  • Up to date on current Health & Safety legislation, food hygiene regulations and COSHH & HACCP
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience
  • Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in a five-star establishment, in a similar role
  • Experience working within a Japanese Restaurant is ideal but not essential
