Marketing Executive

Up to £30,000 per annum

We are hiring Marketing Executive at the Arora Group Head Office!

As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with various divisions at each hotel to directly support the commercial objectives and execute effective marketing tactics in the appropriate digital and traditional marketing channels.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing and distributing content via social media, websites,
e-newsletters and press releases, ensuring content is accurate, up to date and relevant for the market aimed at driving business and conversion.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support requirements for collaterals and graphic design activity for hotels and head office
  • Manage social media channels and support online activities
  • Executing newsletter marketing campaigns, including responsibility for email content calendar
  • Develop and maintain the marketing database
  • Website content management, analytics, and primary connection with brand digital teams
  • Implement brand marketing activations at the hotel level
  • Ensure copywriting material's spelling and grammar are reviewed
  • Photography management, planning shoots and coordinating

 

Skills & Experiences

  • Educated to degree level or relevant marketing qualification
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Organised and self-motivated
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics
  • Keep abreast of relevant popular trends and marketing activities
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Proven technical ability required to produce compelling creative design material which meets brand standards
  • Knowledge and experience in Canva or equivalent design tools are vital
  • Creative writing skills for promotions content, website, and brand collateral
  • Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
