We are looking for a Front of House Apprentice to join our amazing Front of House Team.

Front of House Apprentice Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to complete and apprenticeship in a luxury hospitality environment and to develop real work experience whilst gaining a qualification.

As Front of House Apprentice you will assist the Concierge and Reception team to ensure that guests receive the warmest five star welcome and that they feel looked after from arrival to departure. Our aim is to create distinctly memorable experiences and so we strive to make every visit an occasion for our guests. You will be trained in all aspects of Front of House and Customer Service including Reception, Concierge and Switchboard duties and will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience of working in a five star environment.

  • Have the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Be very well presented and able to remain calm under pressure

Apprenticeship Details:

You will be completing an intermediate level apprenticeship and gain a Customer Service Level 2 qualification. The apprenticeship will be delivered on-the-job and will also require self-study. The expected duration of the apprenticeship is 18 months. The working week (Monday-Sunday) will consist of 36 hours over 5 working days with 2 days off per week. Shift patterns and rest days will vary from week to week.
