We treat our team like family and our guest like royalty! We are looking for a Groups Reservation Executive who will delight our guests with sincere, attentive service. The Groups Reservation Executive will be responsible for recording and processing all reservation enquiries of more than 10 rooms made by phone or e-mail efficiently and accurately, maximising sales and room occupancy rates. This will involve managing high volume of reservation for events, sports, entertainment and corporate segments. What we are looking for:
