We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist dedicated in turning moments into memories for our guests.

First impressions are everything. Providing engaging, sincere, personalised service is one of the ways our Receptionists are turning moments into memories for our guests at Fairmont Windsor Park. As a Receptionist, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience of 1 year in front of house in a 5-star hotel is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
• Fluency in English, secondary language preferred
• A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite required and knowledge of Opera preferred but not necessary
