Electrical Engineer

£40,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Electricain to join the Maintenance and Repair Division of Arora Group, servicing and maintaining direct owned and contract large office buildings in the Heathrow Area.

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in an electrical discipline although consideration will be given to applicants with relevant career experience and who are able to demonstrate:

To undertake electrical test & inspection of commercial offices & hotel sites
To undertake minor electrical installations/ modifications & issue certification
To undertake fault finding and repair of both domestic & commercial installations
To undertake Emergency Light Testing and issue certifications
Installation of sub metering
To retain responsibility for ensuring all properties within the portfolio are compliant with current electrical regulations
To provide specialist support to Maintenance Technicians
Training and development of Apprentice Electrician/ improver (when employed)

MUST HAVE:

City & Guilds 2360 Pt 1&2 Electrical Installation
City & Guilds 2391 – 01 Test & Inspection
17th Edition BS:7671
Experience of Test & Inspection of Commercial Installations
Experience of Electrical Installation
Full UK Driving Licence
Commitment to customer service
Strong communication and organisational skills
