Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for an Executive Sous Chef devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests.

Every memorable dining experience at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts begins behind the scenes with our Culinary team’s commitment to safe, efficient operations and exceptional cuisine. As our Executive Sous Chef, you will work along the Executive Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen operations and the delivery of exceptional service to our guests. Your expertise in recipe development will elevate our menus while your leadership will inspire and fosters our Culinary talent.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant luxury hotel experience in a similar role
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 and relevant Health and Safety certificates
  • Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field
  • A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the Kitchen team members
  • Excellent detailed knowledge of kitchen operations
  • A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
