Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for an Assistant Meeting & Events Operations Manager devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests. We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Meeting & Events Operations Manager dedicated in delivering memorable service all day every day.

The Assistant Meeting & Events Operations Manager will support the daily leadership of the Meeting & Events Operation teams along the Meeting & Events Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all Meeting & Events areas of the hotel. Also, the Assisting Meeting & Events Operations Manager will deliver strategic service expert, as well as be an inspiration to the team when leading and overseeing the daily operations.

What we are looking for:

• At least 2-3 years’ supervisory experience in Meeting & Events operation or similar roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Computer literate & excellent knowledge of Opera, Symphony and MICROS is an asset
• A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the Meeting & Events team members
• Previous experience in 5-star luxury environment preferred
• Personal alcohol license is desirable
