Our Quality and Brand Manager is a key role within the hotel operation. Joining our exceptional team, you will have overall responsibility for our guest journey, looking after guest feedback and turning moments into memories for our guests here at Fairmont. You will be an ambassador of our Brand Standards and operational excellence The position must develop effective relationships with the Management team to drive brand awareness, guest satisfaction and top line performance.
