Room Care Technician

Up to £22,000 per year based on experience plus service charge

We are looking for a Room Care Technician to join our amazing Maintenance Team.

As a Room Care Technician you will be supporting the maintenance team in providing preventative maintenance of guest bedrooms. You will carry out a wide range of general pro-active and re-active maintenance, including but not limited to A/C filter cleaning, shower head descaling, visual electrical inspections, water temperature checks, statutory testing of Fire Life Safety sysste,s. As a Room Care Technician you will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, visistors and colleagues. This is a varied and interesting role within a stunning 1,065 acre estate.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous Hotel/Hospital Maintenance experience preferable
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft office required
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
  • Be a team-player with a positive can-do attitude
  • Have attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Have the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner
