Reception - Shift Leader
£21,900 per annum
The hotel reception shift leader is responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests, in line with the company’s key standards. As Reception Shift leader you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the shift and reception team. Key responsibilities • Supervising the rest of the reception team on duty Working Hours: 40 hours a week Weekend and bank holiday working is required for this role.
