Hotel Manager


We are now looking to appoint a passionate Hotel Manager to lead the team at Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa and to support the General Manager on a mission of turning moments into memories.

This is a unique opportunity for a driven Hotel Manager looking to be an ambassador of the brand and the property, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximised operating results. You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, and tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets, and to position the property in the premium luxury market.

What we are looking for:

  • A natural leader with a passion for guest service.
  • Financially astute and with strong commercial skills to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • An established operations/hotel manager or deputy general manager with a passion for F&B and a strong understanding of rooms.
  • The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a reasoned career path and stability with roles.
  • Experience in working within premium luxury market.
  • Strength in coaching and development, to nurture the potential of the team.
