Brand and Quality Manager
£31,000 per annum + generous monthly service charge
The role of Brand and Quality Manager is an essential role in ensuring the partnership of brand standards and operational excellence within Hilton London Gatwick. The position must develop effective relationships with the Management team to drive brand awareness, guest satisfaction and top line performance.
Overall, the Brand and Quality Manager must support the achievement of our hotel vision Knowledge and experience of Hotel Operations is essential, preferably the candidate will have a background in a front office role. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience in a role requiring excellent attention to detail. Exposure to or knowledge of managing a large brand preferably within hospitality is also preferred. Experience of OnQ or a similar systems is also advantageous.
