Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for a Commis Chef devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests.
Exceptional service and cuisine are hallmarks of the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts dining experience. As a Commis Chef, the care you devote to all aspects of food preparation within the kitchen team will result in the creation of truly spectacular dishes. Our Commis Chef will report to the Chef de Partie, working in one of our kitchens serving a variety of Food & Beverage outlets ranging from fine dining, banqueting, room service to casual dining.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a similar role ideally within a Hotel environment
- City & Guilds 706/1or NVQ equivalent
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
- A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask
