A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen at the Fairmont Windsor Park for an Executive Head Chef who has a creative flair, desire to produce the finest food and passion for quality. There are numerous dining options including a tea room serving exquisite afternoon teas, an all-day and a speciality dining restaurants, a champagne and cocktail bar overlooking our south lawn and in-room dining. There is also a magnificent ballroom and extensive banquet facilities.
We are seeking an experienced Chef with an exceptional level of energy and dedication to culinary experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure high quality food is produced in all food outlets. The Executive Head Chef will excel in all aspects of the culinary art and will have a solid expertise on cost control systems to include food and labour percentages and their style of management will foster a positive team atmosphere with the ability to train and inspire staff to achieve their full potential.
