Restaurant Manager (Afternoon Tea Lounge)

£28,000 per annum Plus Service Charge*

This individual will direct Café and Afternoon tea operations while ensuring that the outlet is maximizing its potential. You will be responsible for the financial and guest results of the outlet as well as the learning & development and retention of their employees.

Additionally, you will be expected to work within the Cafe environment to provide full support and management cover within the Café and Bar as part of your regular duties.

• High level of business acumen and common sense.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills through the ability to diagnose and implement solutions.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Must possess strong communication and listening skills, and excellent speaking, reading and writing.
• Comprehend and use technical or professional language to communicate complex ideas.
• Multiple language abilities are a plus, fluency in English is required.
