Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for an Asssistant In Room Dining Manager devoted into turning moments into memories for our guests.

As the Assistant In Room Dining Manager at Fairmont Windsor Park, you will assist the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure a smooth and effective running of the In Room Dining operations. You are to assist in maintaining and improving the Fairmont Windsor Park standards of operations and manage and develop your team. It is your responsibility to support the seamless running of the Room Service and Mini bar by providing a highly efficient and effective service to compliment the fantastic offers.

You must consistently strive to improve the guest and staff satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the In Room Dining. Your job is to execute the service promise to our guests through the appropriate training provided. In order to deliver on this promise, it all starts with the right attitude and eagerness to provide seamless service to our guests at every opportunity.

What we are looking for:

• Experience working in In Room Dining within a hotel is required
• You are a true people’s person, with passion to delight our guest with amazing service
• You will be obsessed about brand standards, with real passion for hospitality
• You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment
• You have a good working knowledge of food and beverages
• You are a great leader and strive to develop and motivate the team
