We have a unique opportunity for a Advanced Spa Therapist dedicated in delivering memorable service to our guests all day every day and who will inspire the same qualities in their team members.

Luxury and tranquillity in an authentic setting await our guests at the Fairmont Spa. As an Advanced Spa Therapist our guests will enjoy the professional and personalised spa experience you offer. The expertise and attention to detail you provide during their treatment will ensure our guests have a memory to share. Reporting to the Head of Spa Therapy, you will support in leading the therapy team to deliver the highest standards of Wellness Spa therapies in line with the Fairmont Windsor Park Spa Wellness Concept and Fairmont brand standards.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury property
• Recognised certifications in massage or aesthetics training - CIBTEC or equivalent is required
• Recognized Beauty Therapy qualification(e.g. NVQ3 BTEC/CIDESCO/CIBTAC/BABTAC or similar) along with previous experience in luxury spa environment
• Willingness to drive treatment & products sales
• A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the spa team members
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and hotel operating/Wellness Spa booking systems
