As a Meeting & Events Waiter/Waitress your job is to perform a variety of tasks, including greeting customers and answering questions, setting tables, preparing and serving the food, stocking supplies, serving customers, charging people for their food, cleaning tables and counters etc. Your knowledge of the hotel and food and beverages along great interpersonal skills, you will display while serving will prove you truly are a Fairmont professional. As a Meetings & Events Waiter/ Waitress, effective and engaging communication is the key when speaking to guests.
