We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reception Manager to join our talented Front Office team.

As Reception Manager, you will have a key role in leading the reception and switchboard team of this luxury country house hotel. You will ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations while offering a warm welcome to our guests. You will be passionate about providing first class customer service to exceed our guests'expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career within a 5* hospitality environment as a member of the hotel management team.

What we are looking for:

  • An excellent communicator and motivator to inspire your team to high performance
  • Previous relevant hotel experience
  • Have the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Attention to detail and good time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • IT skills with experience of Fidelio Opera and telephone switchboard system a plus
