We have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Coordinator dedicated in turning moments into memories for our guests.

At Fairmont, our Colleagues provide exceptional service to our guests and also to one another. Showcase your interpersonal strengths as a Kitchen Coordinator, where your administrative and technical expertise will support successful operations and an unforgettable guest experience. Working alongside the Executive Head Chef, you will support the kitchen operations with recruitment, training and admin, while providing a warm and professional service to internal and external customers.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a coordinator is preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
  • Fluency in English, secondary language preferred
  • A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite required and good knowledge of Excel and Word
