We have an exciting opportunity for a Meetings & Events Office Coordinator dedicated in delivering memorable service all day every day.
The Meetings & Events Office Coordinator will work as part of our in-house Meetings & Events team. Reporting to the Sales and Planning Manager, you will ensure all enquiries for groups, meetings and events are dealt in a timely and professional manner. In dealing with all enquiries, the role will also ensure that the M&E diary is efficiently yielded and maximised. As a Meetings & Events Office Coordinator you will play an important role in exploring the full sales and revenue potential of all new and existing clients and build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. We are looking for a talented and motivated person, with the drive to deliver results and exceed expectations.
