We are now looking for a full time Night Manager to join our Night Team.

As a Night Manager you will be managing the Night Team to deliver a 5 stars luxury service to our guests. You will ensure all tasks are completed including Night Audit and quality checks, while ensuring the smooth running of the Night operations. As a Night Manager, you will ensure the health and safety of our guests during the night while showcasing organizational and leadership skills.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in leading a team during night operations in a similar luxury environment
Excellent customer care and communication skills
The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Be very well presented and able to remain calm under pressure
The ability to lead, motivate and develop the Night Team
IT skills essential, experience with hotel software (Opera) desirable but not essential
