Situated just off the M62 and M606, our Bradford Hotel sits at the heart of one of the region's most connected business corridors, with easy reach of both Bradford city centre and Leeds. The hotel is a substantial operation with 131 bedrooms, a busy restaurant and bar, extensive conference and events facilities, and on-site leisure. We serve a varied mix of guests from corporate, conferences, events, weddings through to leisure breaks.

Cedar Court Hotel is recruiting for a Guest Service Manager, with an emphasis on providing great hospitality and service through the curation of fun, memorable experiences delivered by exceptional people.

Working closely with the Management Team, you will play an integral role in supporting our guests and the overall hotel operation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high standards of hospitality and service at all times
• Work closely with the Management Team to support the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel
• Lead and supervise the Guest Services team, ensuring performance, service standards, and guest satisfaction are maintained
• Engage confidently with guests, handling queries and ensuring a positive and memorable experience
• Support a high-volume environment, maintaining service standards during periods of full occupancy
• Contribute to creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere aligned with Yorkshire values and customer service excellence
• Adapt to a variety of operational needs, demonstrating a hands-on, multi-skilled approach
