KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER (FULL TRAINING PROVIDED)
Location: Central London (Covent Garden, Selfridges, Centre Point, Canary Wharf)
Salary: £15–£20 per hour (including tronc)

Job Overview
As a Kitchen Team Member, you will support the kitchen in delivering high-quality food and maintaining smooth service. This role is suitable for candidates with some kitchen or food preparation experience, as well as those looking to begin a career in hospitality. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with food preparation and cooking across different kitchen sections
• Support the team during busy service periods
• Learn and develop skills in areas such as wok cooking, noodle preparation, and dim sum
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation
Candidate Profile
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food environment is beneficial but not essential
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interested in building a long-term career in hospitality
Working Hours
• 5 days per week on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends
• 40–48 hours per week
Salary and Benefits
• Starting pay of £15 per hour, rising to £20 per hour based on training and progression
• 28 days paid holiday, increasing to 30 days with service
