We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen Brigade at Cedar Court Hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional morning dining experiences, ensuring our guests start their day with high-quality, freshly prepared food.

You will be part of a supportive team, helping to shape a consistently excellent standard across our breakfast and wider kitchen operations.

The role in a nutshell

As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for the following:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of breakfast dishes, including hot and continental offerings, to meet busy service demands
• Deliver high-quality dishes consistently, ensuring presentation and taste meet brand standards
• Prepare and accommodate special breakfast requests and dietary requirements where required
• Support the wider kitchen team with preparation for lunch service and upcoming events
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant working environment in line with food safety standards
• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality
