Project Manager - Full Time Position - Nationwide

JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex projects and leading high-performing teams? Do you thrive on managing multiple workstreams, coordinating stakeholders and driving successful change across a national operation?

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our central Gaming Product team. You will be responsible for leading product implementation projects across our UK estate whilst managing and developing a team of Project Technicians. Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractors, you'll play a key role in delivering refurbishments, new venue developments, business change initiatives and major product rollouts.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

• Proven experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously within a complex operational environment.
• Strong line management experience, including performance management, coaching, resource planning and team development.
• Confident leading both people and projects, ensuring successful delivery against timescales, budgets and business objectives.
• Skilled in planning, coordinating and delivering installation, implementation and business change projects from inception through to completion.
• Able to build productive relationships with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Experienced in managing project budgets, capital expenditure and investment tracking.
• Comfortable coordinating technical installations and working with specialist teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Experienced in producing project plans, technical documentation, schedules and progress reporting.
• Working knowledge of project management software, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within a multi-site business would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Casino gaming products and the regulatory environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.

This is a national role with regular travel throughout the UK and overnight stays as required. Attendance to meetings in our Birmingham office will also be required.
