No experience? No problem. Join our paid six-week Training School at Genting Casino Stratford and learn the skills needed to become a professional croupier dealing casino games. On successful completion, you'll receive a salary increase to £28,459, become eligible for tips, and join the opening team at Trocadero Casino, one of London's most exciting new entertainment destinations estimated late 2027. Please note, during the pre-opening period, you’ll be based at Genting Casino Stratford while we prepare for the launch of Trocadero Casino. You may also have the opportunity to work across other Genting Casino locations in London, gaining valuable experience and exposure ahead of joining the Trocadero opening team.

Are you looking for a brand-new career? Would you like to work in a fun, vibrant industry?

We are currently looking to recruit a trainee croupier, no previous gaming experience is necessary, if you are passionate about delivering great customer service and are willing to learn this could be the role for you. All training will be provided in an initial 6-week training school where you will learn to deal popular casino games including roulette and blackjack. Once you are trained, you will be responsible for dealing the casino games to our customers and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

• Enthusiastic, bubbly personality ready to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Confident with a can-do mindset.
• An efficient team player.
• Flexible attitude to work - able to work shifts including nights and weekends to support our business.
• Good maths skills to enable correct calculation of customers bets.
• Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
• Please note applicants must be over the age of 18, have the right to work in the UK and be able to pass a DBS check (no criminal record) in order to obtain a gaming license.
• Candidates must be flexible to work in central London and the surrounding areas.
