All 108 bedrooms at this four-star hotel have been recently refurbished and offer a great standard of comfort and style. The Role

Job Overview
The role of the Thistle Sales support executive is to support the Thistle (KG,HP,BPK,BLO,TRA,PICC ) Sales team to achieve revenue targets across the managed accounts by creating a slick, organised, effective support structure to ensure DOS and SM’s spend maximum time developing our customer relationships

Key aspects of the role:
· Developing a department calendar outlining key events with a project plan to deliver required materials and follow up
· Field hotel and account requests for information and reports
· Data Intelligence – review
· Company Research/Profiling
· Appointment creation and Diary coordination.
· Co-ordinate the sales communication tools and ensure materials are monitored and developed in accordance with brand guidelines and requirements
· Develop a robust process for invoice co-ordination and sign off by creating a clear verification process linked to the requirements of our finance teams
· Assist the DOS/SM’s during busy RFP season and provide support where necessary
· Assist the Thistle SM’s with contract co-ordination and signing
· Assist the team by fulfilling key day to day requests which will ensure the efficient running of the department
· Co-ordinate and process team expenses in line with company guidelines
Attend and support Fam Trips
Take clients on showrounds
