GLH Hotels is London's leading hotel owner-operator with over 5000 rooms under management within the Guoman, Amba, Thistle and Hard Rock Hotel brands.  Supporting the hotels is our Commercial Strategy Team including sales, marketing, distribution and revenue strategy. The Central Support Office is conveniently located near Old Street within a short walk of Old Street, Barbican and Farringdon tube stations.

The Role

THE ROLE

Reporting into the Head of Marketing Operations, the Marketing Manager – B2B & Trade Partners will be responsible for the execution of the overarching B2B strategy for the group with a strong focus on the corporate travel trade, meeting & events segments within the business.

Develop, manage and execute the B2B customer acquisition & retention strategy:

  • Review and analyse the current B2B strategy, objectives and actions
  • Lead the development of cross-channel marketing activities 
  • Execute creative for agreed media spend in key trade publications
  • Execute key advertising campaigns and promotions

Develop supporting assets for all brand B2B, and property level B2B marketing activity:

  • Liaise with hotel teams to support with B2B marketing requirements
  • Guardianship of the brand tone of voice in all B2B marketing collateral 
  • Management and updating of sales team collaterals
  • Updating of glh websites and external sites

Support and management of B2B CRM systems:

  • Management of B2B CRM systems including data quality, templates and operational standards
  • Management of data interfaces to the CRM
  • Support to the wider marketing team for any CRM related activities

The role will also support other projects from time to time including hotel & venue refurbishments, rebrands and openings, as well as managing tradeshow and corporate events for GLH Hotels.

  • Similar experience in B2B Marketing for at least 3 years
  • Hotel, travel or tourism experience is essential
