Our Support Office a modern office located close to Old Street and Barbican in central London. This friendly open plan office houses several of the key support functions including Sales, Human Resources, Marketing and Central Revenue. Conveniently located with great transport links the office is the London base for the back office functions of Guoman and Thistle.

The Role

The Profile Administrator should be the GLH Champion of company and agency profiles in both Opera and Salesforce. They are to work as part of an administration team ensuring all key admin tasks are completed efficiently and effectively in a timely manner


Key Tasks:

  • Monitor the completion of accurate data into the CRM and CRS tools
  • Notifying the hotels of errors and monitoring repeat offenders
  • Support on reporting development and system implementation
  • Auditing the creation of Company and Agent profiles within the Opera system
  • Creating and merging Corporate and Travel Agency Profiles

What we look for

  • Attention to detail
  • Self-reliant and able to work without supervision
  • Knowledge of Micros Opera and SFDC would be an advantage
  • Fluent written and oral English skills
