Resorts World is a leisure destination owned by Genting UK Ltd. Genting owns and operates many exciting brands within the centre, including Resorts World Casino, Santai Spa, Genting Hotel, Sky Bar & Restaurant, Vortex Gaming family arcade, The World Bar, The Sports Bar and a thriving meeting and events business. Located opposite the Resorts World Arena and the NEC, Resorts World is part of a busy campus that attracts millions of consumers every year to a diverse range of concerts, exhibitions and events. We are currently recruiting for experienced Croupiers to join our vibrant Gaming Staff team on a full time basis. This role will require excellent customer service skills, acknowledgement and understanding of customers’ needs and being an effective team player. Proficiency in all technical abilities and regulations are essential.

Key Competencies:

• Must have UK rights to work and as we are a Casino operator, all applicants must be 18 years of age or over
• Fully flexible and able to work a variety of shifts
• Being an effective team player
• Ensuring that level of customer care, dealing standards and table security is to the highest standard possible
• Ensuring full compliance with company procedures as well as relevant legislation.

Skills and Experience required:

• Previous Croupier experience is required
• Flexibility towards working hours
• Applicants must already hold a PFL
