Through the amazing news that one of the team is about to welcome her own beautiful baby into the world, we are currently looking to recruit an “Engagement & Communications Manager” on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The role of Engagement & Communications Manager (12mth FTC)
Through engagement survey data, listening groups and other forms of insights, this role will compose and orchestrate cross function and appealing strategies that enhance colleague engagement, internal communications and workplace culture. This role, ensuring colleagues feel valued, supported, inclusive and continually connected and enthused around Our Purpose, our values and vision for future growth. A rewarding role, where you can make a genuinely make a difference to so many.
