What You’ll Be Doing:
Elevating Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional, personalized styling that celebrates individual style over short-lived trends. Share deep product knowledge to guide customers both in-store and backstage for digital orders, building lasting brand loyalty.
Driving Store Operations: Keep the sales floor vibrant and fully stocked by managing inventory replenishment, processing new deliveries, and using digital tools to support a seamless shopping journey.
Maintaining Brand Standards: Take pride in your workplace by upholding high visual merchandising standards on the shop floor while keeping staff areas clean, organized, and welcoming for the team.

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Our standalone store in Brighton has been open since 2009 and usually trades from 10:00am - 18:00pm (subject to seasonal change). Our team here is a diverse group, we love a team social gathering and enjoy group training sessions! Our store is located in a great city centre location and we get visits from both tourists and local customers. Store Location. Approximately a one hour journey from London Bridge station.
