Through continued growth, and an exciting next chapter in our innovative digital CRM and loyalty program we are looking to recruit a SENIOR CRM EXECUTIVE

ROLE OF SENIOR CRM EXECUTIVE

Reporting into our Senior CRM & Personalition Manager, you will:

• Deliver the CRM & email marketing strategy, staying focussed on our customer and premium brand positioning, to drive sales and ROI
• Grow and nurture the email database, increasing customer engagement
• Help develop the automated email marketing program, creating a streamlined and triggered customer journey that drives sales and brand loyalty
• Your strongest relationships will be with retail and brand marketing, ecommerce, creative and design along with the commercial teams and our IT department
• Work with wider digital & marketing team to deliver the CRM & email marketing calendar, planning activity to support business objectives
• Ensure KPIs and marketing activity is measured, optimised and developed to drive repeat sales
• Make data-driven decisions, identifying new opportunities and have the ability to act on them – be analytical led always with focus on trading plans
• Ensure compliance of the database and email marketing communications with legislation such as GDPR.
