We’re looking for a bartender who knows their negronis from their Old Fashioned’s and enjoys creating drinks that make people linger a little longer.

This role involves working 32 hours over 4 days with flexible shift patterns available.

If you’ve got a natural warmth about you, love working with premium ingredients, and can hold your own in a busy service, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous bar experience — ideally in high-end or high-volume venues.
• Genuine love for great drinks and great service.
• The confidence to chat, charm, and make connections with guests.
• A flexible approach to shifts — evenings, weekends, and the occasional weekday twist.

What you’ll be doing:

• Shaking, stirring, and serving classic and signature cocktails (and the occasional bespoke request from a regular).
• Bringing personality to the bar — the kind that makes guests feel at home, even if they’re miles from it.
• Knowing our menus inside out so you can make spot-on recommendations.
• Keeping service slick, consistent, and full of those small touches that make people come back.
