
Visual Production Manager

THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Visual Production Manager to lead and oversee all creative services and visual production initiatives. This role is responsible for developing innovative concepts, managing workflows, and ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest brand standards. The Visual Production Manager will play a collaborative role on the Merchandising team, reporting directly to the Director of Global Visual Merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, techniques, and standards that establish JVE as a leader in the industry.
- Manage, actively train, develop, recognize, and retain top creative and field talent
- Own and manage projects full cycle - ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budgets, and brand consistency.
- Manage store design group workflow, preparing projects for approval and coordinating input from cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with PR, Marketing, Retail, and Digital teams initiatives; support events, photo shoots, etc.
- Track and report project performance, budgets, and progress to senior leadership.
- Create, monitor, and manage budgets in partnership with the Creative Services team; implement solutions for financial or scheduling challenges.
- Oversee and streamline departmental systems, including databases, budget logs, invoices, and purchaseorder processes.
- Support new store openings, including design, furniture, and inventory coordination.
- Support showroom development through concepting, planning, merchandising, product placement, etc.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing creative production, design, or visual services teams.
- Strong background in creative strategy, retail environments, and global production management.
- Expertise in budget management and project management.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in creative services, project management, or visual production roles, ideally within retail or a global brand environment.
- Experience in showroom production, merchandising, and store design strongly preferred.
