Lucky Cat is one of five unique Gordon Ramsay Restaurant experiences at 22 Bishopsgate and Europe’s tallest restaurant - Asian inspired small plates, Robata grills, sushi and sashimi, exquisitely crafted in the open kitchen and raw bar.
Located on level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate, Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay offers breath taking, unparalleled views across the city.

We are now looking for a Sous Chef to join the team at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay at 22 Bishopsgate.

What you do as a Sous Chef:

• You will support the Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen whilst leading, training, and developing the team
• You will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen
• You are passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal food
• Train, coach and support junior chefs, helping them develop their skills and progress within the business
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation are maintained at all times
• Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and support with ordering and cost control
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

What you'll bring as a Sous Chef:

• You have previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step in a premium, high-volume or fine dining environment
• You are passionate about Asian-inspired cuisine and thrive in a fast-paced, service-led kitchen
• You are a confident leader who enjoys developing and motivating a team
• You have excellent organisational skills and remain calm under pressure
• You take pride in consistently delivering exceptional food and maintaining high standards
• You have a good understanding of food safety, stock management and kitchen operations
• You are eager to develop your career within Gordon Ramsay Restaurants
